Tomorrow I reach the venerable age of 30. If any of you guys happen to be in the vicinity of some alcohol between 21:00 and 6:00 GMT tomorrow then I'd be delighted if you hoisted a glass along with me.

Given that between those times I'll be watching Match of the Day and then UFC 94 it's quite likely I'll be drinking through the night. I'll down some Laphroaig in honour of your turning old.

I'm going for a 3 day in a row hangover. I'm now at day 2, and pretty hung over. So, somewhere along my genius plan to dominate the world by consuming large amounts of alcohol, I'll drink one for you.
