Dualcore 2.4Gb processor, 4Gb of Ram. Unfortunately, the video adapter is integrated with the board, as it must be for most laptops to save space, and it only has 64Mb of dedicated memory - it shares the other 192Mb with the system board - so to upgrade it I'd need a whole new laptop essentially. Not worth it when I could bring my desktop up to epic speed with a mere 400ish euro. I've a few gigs coming up this month, so hopefully before christmas anyway Smile

The dismal AI and crappy combat killed my love for this game. I still haven't finished it. The vast amount of corner-cutting they did in order to ship in Q4 '07 is shocking: Cookie cutter pirate bases, and identical looking weapons with different stats = bleh. Though I must be the only person on the planet who likes the Mako sections. Reminded me of playing Starflight, back in the day.

Nope, I like them too. The problem is the driving is awkward because of the whole "Mako no likey back up" thing...

I had no problem controlling it at all. I kept trying to get outside the level perimeter, and drive over the most irregular scenery I could find. I drove it straight up a nearly vertical mountain once, just for jollies.

Possibly, but I was just ignoring him for effect. After the first Mako section, I nearly put the game away, never to play it again. It's like they convened a society to make the damn thing as uncontrollable as possible.
