It's not so simple a question. I can't write with my left hand for shit, but I can do other stuff with it pretty well. I guess it's a case of partial ambidexterity, if that isn't too oxymoronic.

I am ambidextrously handicapped.
Meaning I can't write with both hands.
It's like being a bilingual illiterate - i.e. unable to read in two languages.

Actually, I when I saw this thread title, I just kind of assumed that you'd started it and it was going to be dirty. Anyhow, I'm right-handed (which is proving something of a handicap with two of my right fingers splinted together) but I use my left hand exclusively when I'm using the phone, and for playing the guitar, obviously.

i'm left-handed, yes i am.
this means i write with my left hand, i eat with my left hand (actually, i eat with my mouth, but i put things in my mouth using my left hand).
but, as i never bothered to try and put the strings on a guitar in reverse order i play it like regular folks do (no Jimi Hendrix extravaganza for me).
i also use mouse with my right hand, and if i want to hit something or throw something i most definitely do it with my right hand. it's like my right hand's stronger or something.

I'm so right handed that my left feels that she's been abandoned. Only thing that I can do equally well with both hands is typing. Or typoing.
Did you know that it's been thought that left-handed people are becoming extinct as well as the blue-eyed and finns...

That sounds quite ridiculous, seeing as humans have kinda stepped outside of evolution, and therefore we don't have that whole "Survival of the fittest" stuff.
Maybe if we started executing left-handed people...

Nah, there is such a thing. My Grandma was ambidextrous, and even though I write left handed I'm a right handed batsman in cricket, right footed footballer, can play racket sports with either hand, and throw right handed. I can write right-handed, but not as well as with my left. Though with practice you can learn to perform any task with either hand equally well.
Also a couple of weeks ago my Ma told me that I wrote backwards and upside down when I was like three or four years old.

left handed, but i play right handed bass and i wipe with my right, oh i molest myself with my right hand too, but i fight heavily left handed and swordfight lefty, SCA players hate leftys since most tend to be righties heheh, when i taiboxxed when i was a teenie i was strongly left-sided, many a mouths have tasted my foot no problem till one jamaican smashed my right knee with a low-blow move, i would have been the next Benny "the jet" rodriguez!!! i was robbed i tell ya!!!
