Hi. New here. I would have posted in the correct forum, but there is no button to make a new thread. Therefore, I have both an intro and question. Where is the button? I can't find it anywhere. Sad -deletes post after useful answer has been given-

I took the liberty of moving this post. For the record, the "new topic" button should be near the top of the screen in any forum.

Thank you, Blaster. Apparently, all the forum pictures (new posts, hot topic, locked, etc.) show up as 1 pixel pieces. No one else has this problem. I don't see it in Firefox OR Internet Exploder, so it's either my computer or your server. And I still don't see the emoticons, either. Got any ideas on solving this problem?
