The double Y chromosome is found in some Down syndrome children, or rather all Down Syndrome children, or so I read. This was before I met my Alien husband, and found that they are compatible with humanoids because of their totally changable genes and chromosomes, like in "Species"? Sure she was cacooned, but she wanted to mate with men, remember?

Nasty business, that.

They can be Alien, or humanoid at will, so the point of chromosomes XY or XX or YY, is moot.

I am such a dumbass. I just realized that I was arguing the wrong point in this thread. I thought you were saying that double-y chromos were just two y's. Like, with no x's whatsoever. I just caught on that we should have been talking about xyy. Duh. Oh, and sorry about pulling the thread back on topic. (or attempting to anyway.)

Yea well opposed to what i was saying earlier having more y or x chromosomes does not make you produce more testasterone/estrogen (srry) but waht can happen is that doble y people arent entierly sane in the head so if raized in a hostile envoriment, such as a poor home or on the streets or with a lot of abuse, they ccan become violent, which preety much is what happened to those SOB in alien 3
