I agree that the Spiderman costume is a one-piece. But, it does cover the entire body. I guess it could be considered cool, but I think you'd have to fill it out. Of course, this is a line of reasoning that removes the idea of "baldness" from the equation (Batman suits and Capt. America suits do this as well). Something tells me that Patrick Stewart wouldn't look cool in super hero costumes. Perhaps, if you were to suggest his small role in Excaliber...? Although "armor" isn't exactly a one-piece either (nor is it a super-hero costume).
