Saw this a while ago, but picked it up when it hit the $3.99 rack at Blockbuster. I still feel this is an outstanding movie. Oddly enough, it has Will Ferral and at no part do you see him running around naked.
Skinny: Will is an IRS agent and one morning he wakes up and he hears a voice narrating his life. He is the only one that can hear it and the voice really doesn't have too much to say -- like I said, it is simply narrating his life. So, he's going about his days with this voice, until he hears, "Little did he know... he would die...". At that point he trys to find a literary consultant who can interpret what this "story" he's in is about (the psychologist/psychiatrist all think he's schizophrenic). The literature professor is played brillantly by Dustin Hoffman. The writer is played by... Emma Thompson (?) -- also played well. Queen Latifa also has a bit part. |
