dude it DOES
ok. imagine a globe. right. now imagine a square which is a house. that sqaure is coloured...purple. yeah.
now make that square bigger, and bigger, and bigger... past the equator... goood...bigger and bigger until in about the size of a house. so outside is "inside", and inside is "outside". which is why his house is strangly inverted and he says 'come outside' because it is outside the asylum which encompasses the WORLD. execpt for the bit which is outside.
