| The previews/trailers of this movie that were found on other movies made this movie appear alot better than it actually is. I believe it is a Russian movie (not sure what the original title would be) and the plot is kinda interesting although it gets muddled in the middle-2/3s. There are some cool scenes (and RX-8 drives along the side of a building), but somewhere toward the end I got lost. The ending just sort of happens. Overall, not bad for the price of the rental. Good Matrix-type of film with some neat effects that get lost during over-written dialogue. |

bad to hear this. i liked the first part (Nightwatch) a lot and hoped the second would be as good. it is indeed Russian, i think i heard that the series are the most expensive films ever made in Russia.
well, i'll still be going to see it, i guess. _________________ i have no time for anal love

I really enjoyed Daywatch - it's refreshingly different, and the ending is always tricky in the second part of a trilogy. Definitely worth a look. _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

| There is a first one? Hmmm... perhaps, I would have thought a little better of it if I saw that one...? Not that I thought it was horrible. I guess it would be like watching the second Matrix movie without knowing about the others -- there are some cool scenes but not much substance unless you know certain things going into it. |
