Just something I found on the internet. Here's a site where you can create a world map which lists all the countries you've visited: http://www.world66.com/myworld66/visitedCountries/
And here is my map:
So what would your map look like? It's a bit weird, because by clicking the US, in which I've only visited New York and surroundings, it also looks like I've been to Alaska. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

Cool site! This is my map - I really need to go east soon I think. Also, the map makes it look like I've scoured the area of Hudson Bay, whereas I've only been to the south of Canada...

@ Aurelyn:
Really cool. How did you like South America and South East Africa? Any recommendations?
Also, I see you cleverly avoided Holland during your travels through Europe, visiting all the countries around it instead. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

Damn Munan. You've been practically everywhere.
<br/>
create your own visited country map
or check our Venice travel guide
That's my map. I spent most of my childhood summers in the Caribbean. If you do go to the Caribbean I would suggest going to Panama (Which is the country my family came from), and St. Martin. Beautiful places. I would also suggest St. Lucia but I mostly hung out in the slums with my mom's friend's family. At least I was like 5 minutes away from a secluded beach. I think you guys would like St. Martin though. Especially the French side. Nude beach galore. _________________

@ Munan. I absolutely fell in love with South America. I went twice - first on a climbing trek in the Andes with my dad. We were based out of LaPaz in Bolivia. Those big South American cities were a world apart from anything we experience in Europe. Buenos Aires was the same. The second time myself and a friend did the obligatory Machu Picchu trek (which was absolutely incredible) and then went down to Patagonia to visit another friend that was working as a horse-breaker.
My experiences in Southeast Africa were all when I was pretty young - my dad is from Simonstown on the Western Cape and I spent a good bit of time there as a kid - my family have friends in Mozambique. I went to Kenya a few years ago on a volunteer program teaching in slum schools in Mombasa. Incredible experience.
And yes, I've almost been to Holland about four times, but something's always come up. Probably the only guy my age in the country who hasn't been to Amsterdam. _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

But the Dutch side is the boring side. If you do go to St. Maarten; I would suggest going to the island of Saba. I went hiking in its mountains and it's absolutely beautiful.

I find it odd that the United States is lumpted into one as there are very many regional differences dependent upon what state one is in. Granted, I understand it is a country map, but to my knowledge, Puerto Rico and Bermuda are both commonwealths, yet they acheive a special "country" status...?
Anyway, I can site only a few:
1. US (lived in 5 different states in 3 time zones for a minimum of 4 years each)
2. visited Canada (Niagra Falls area and Quebec)
3. visited France
4. visited Ireland
5. visited Bermuda
6. visted Puerto Rico |

Puerto Rico is a territory of the US. Bermuda is a British territory. Neither one is a commonwealth nor a country. _________________ "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."
