Incoming person of sorts... draws a lot of Jackals (yeah).
(And that's a real introduction... *sarcasm returns*)

Well, that aside, I've been reading aLp since I discovered it about two months ago - blatantly not a long time - but it's the kind of thing that never grows tiring; which in this day 'n' age is a good ol' breath of fresh air.
I've been toying around with the idea of joining up here for a while and eventually decided to do so... so yeah. That's about it... (I say those three words way too much).

I had three jokes formed from the first post brewing and bubbling about in my brain, but got so caught up in concocting a proper delivery I gave up. True story.

Instead I will say hello and congratulate myself on avoiding an awkward situation by checking the introductory posts instead of changing my signature to Suffer not the furry to live as I had originally intended. Dodged a bullet there, I did.

I still think it must be incredibly offputting to post on the forum, and then have 20 people turn round and call you names. Nothing like being made the butt of an in-joke to turn someone off coming back again.

You know, the trick is that whenever you join a forum, post in at least two different topics so that they don't think you're a ragdoll even though you might be.
