Indeed, regular scorpions. Like those in the comic (only slightly less greener...). A Radscorpion is a big ass scorpion that mutated from a normal scorpion. So any scorpion that's not mutated into a big ass scorpion is not a Radscorpion.

Maybe they're just baby Radscorplings. When you get a new pet, they're usually very young, after all. The glow (see what I did there?) could be accounted for by a source of UV light shining on them.

But isn't the purpose of the internet to have stupid arguments about fictional characters and creatures? Otherwise how would everyone know Captain Kirk could totally beat Godzilla in a fist fight?
P.S. I know they're not radscorpions, I just like that particular PA. You can tell they're not real radscorpions; because they aren't suicidally ambushing large groups of questing heroes armed with plasma rifles and .223 pistols.
