Just like What are you listening to at the moment?, tell us what you are watching while you're here. Or well, what you are gonna watch right after spamming the boards...
For me, it's 2 episodes of Friends, followed by an episode of Joey, and if I'm still bored I'll watch Analyze This. _________________

I'm watching "Gangster Story" with Walter Matthau. The acting is crap, the soundtrack is typical early 1950's melodrama, and the cinematography looks like an epileptic with Parkinson's Disease was holding the camera. The only reason it's on is because my lady is on a mission to see every movie ever made with someone who she likes in it. Walter Matthau directed this piece of shit as well as starring in it. _________________ "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."

Do I even need to say it? Star Trek TOS. The Doomsday Machine episode. I swear, I can quote this episode word for word, because before I got the 2nd season dvd, I watched this episode on vhs all the time. _________________

Star Wars V, and I noticed that for the dvds they refilmed parts of the movie with either new dialog or better special effects. Like when Vader is talking to the Emperor, they used the new emperor guy instead of the old one as a hologram, and he says different stuff.
rant. _________________

I would just like to point out that the "new emperor guy" is the same emperor guy from Return of the Jedi. |

Really?
Well, they refilmed it with the newer makeup. Unless that's his real face... _________________

Are you seriously just now finding this out? Those DVDs have been out for years. Geeks everywhere were lighting up message boards and blogs with hateful tirades about how Lucas couldn't leave well enough alone when the "Special Edition" came out in theatres, and then the DVD set with even more updates (Anakin in the final scene of ROTJ becoming whiney Hayden instead of Sebastian Shaw, the Emperor scene from TESB that you're talking about) was released and it started all over again. The massive uproar lead to Lucasfilm rereleasing the OT on DVD as a limited time thing with the movies untouched by CGI crap. I love that set. Greedo never gets a friggin shot off! _________________ "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."

I just picked up the second series of Scrubs. Perfect for that completely braindead hour while I'm cooking when I get home from work. _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!

Watching Evil Dead 2. Bruce Campbell is seriously hot and he's looking good for a guy hitting 50 next year. I would suggest watching Bubba Ho-tep. The most original movie I ever seen. _________________

Yeah, it was something else. How on earth does someone come up with an idea for a movie that wacky? _________________ Da Fro-mastah of da aLp Forums!
