I always remember it because I once saw a documentary where they said that it's spelled "Spider-Man" because "Spiderman" looks too much like "Superman"... _________________

i think it holds for Alien and Lethal Weapon series.
i seriously need to see Die Hard 2 though, now that the 4th is out, it's become the best one.
you guys already said anything that needed to be said about the movie.
i'll just add that i sure digged Peter with Hitler hairstyle doing a jazz piano solo.
and is it just me or is Kirsten Dunst's MJ less and less sexy each time around? _________________ i have no time for anal love

Yeah. I made my new sig in honors of the movie. But I was dissappointed that I actually came out of the cinema with a "WTF did I just see?" expression (yes, I was looking in the side-view-mirror of the car).
Venom didn't have his long tounge. But the Venom in the movie is exactly what he should be -- a very twisted black-suited rendition of Spider-man -- not some huge muscular blob that only cares about things like Carnage, and how he's a naughty man.
And I liked some jokes. I didn't like the emo too much, but I laughed at it. I also loved the retaurant part.
I give it 7/10 because I liked Spider-man 2 better. |

I thought her Jazz Cafe Waitress Outfit was quite sexy... then again, I knew a girl who used to dress up like that as well, and she had red hair and big boobs, so I think part of me was still thinking about her when I saw that... _________________

okay, the waitress outfit was fine, but apart from that?
most of the time she was dressed like your grandma (and i don't mean those sexy gmilfs, i'm talkin real old plain looking grandmas)
i think Kirsten is an insult to the MJ as drawn by Todd McFarlane - graphic hawtness at its hawtest. _________________ i have no time for anal love

All this talking about sexyness in Spider-Man makes me wonder if there's a lost episode where Gwen Stacy, MJ and that Daily Bugle chick get it on... _________________

I agree about Dunst not being right for MJ. That chick who played Topher Grace's girlfriend on That 70's Show would have been perfect if she didn't have a man voice. _________________ "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."

There isn't, there is however, part cut from the movie, where Venom and Sandman did a showdown on who can make themselves the biggest penis.
Needless to say, that part was cut, and sold to a company specializing in gay movies. _________________ Back in action |

Meh. That's my decision. Meh. The whole movie was "Meh".
One of the things that really pissed me off is how they rarely showed all of Venom at once. Every time they got his face on screen, the symbiote pulled back to reveal that god-damn Topher Grace, sneering with poorly made fangs that belonged on a four year old's vampire costume. And no drooling wormlike tongue? Blasphemy!
Also, as mentioned before, if the butler knew aboot the Goblin's accidental suicide, then why didn't he tell Harry before he went insane and tried to murder his friend? Jeez.
New Goblin was cool, but unnecessary. Why didn't they use any of the other identities, such as Hobgoblin or Demogoblin?
Finally, the series WILL have at least two more sequels, as Sony has mentioned. It just may be that Sam Raimi may not be directing. The obvious choice for the next villain is the Lizard, but I hope to see Carnage in there as well, as he my favourite. _________________ I'm outtie, y'all. Lates. |

There were talks of getting Ben Kingsley to play the Vulture. _________________ "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use."

Man, if Carnage appears in a movie, I hope Cletus isn't going to be a straight up dumb fuck like the cartoon represents him. I want him to be SMART, DAMMNIT! Serial killers didn't just buy them that title, you know.
And his laugh! What the hell, man! What the hell! |

Yeah, they did kinda screw him over in the animated series. Like that time he was making a paper airplane? What the fudge was that?! Serial killers don't make paper airplanes! They should have had him, like, eating a mouse alive, or something. Jeez. I mean, it was a kid's show, but come ON!
But he'll be better in the movies, if he shows up. At least, he better be...
...Better, that is.
Than he was in the series.
Better than in the series.

yes, after they showed dr. Connors Lizard seems pretty obvious now. which is cool, provided he'll be done right. real ferocious, real scary.
i don't think Vulture would be a good choice though. he doesn't really have too much of the appeal to me. well, of course i wouldn't object to be proved otherwise.
i personally would like them to get Kraven the Hunter on the scene. maybe combine it with some of that voodoo shit from Todd McFarlane's "Torment" and the effect could be amazing. hell, they could just make a screen adaptation of "Torment" if you ask me. _________________ i have no time for anal love

Spider-Man creator Stan Lee has also voiced a desire to see the Lizard appear in Spider-Man 4. |

They can't, those bastards! What, the lizard was in one Spider-man movie game and then he gets to be in the next sequel? Bullshit, I tell you! Bullshit! The Shocker has been in all of them and he didn't get even one cameo in the movies! And Kraven would be cool, if he didn't get arrested in the game!
And I'm not actually angry because the lizard kicks ass and he was hella-hard on the hardest difficulty on the Spider-man 3 game. I'll teach him to bite my fucking head off seven times in a row. Dark-suit time.
Oh, and the Lizard would actually work because Dr. Connors is a close friend, and not a random old guy in a bird suit. |

The way you said it, you made it sound like he shouldn't be in the sequel because he was in only one game. So I said that he also appeared in the comics.
And about me misunderstanding your posts... I'm done caring about that _________________
