It always strikes me as funny when people act all shocked and awed at that video. Cartoons used as propaganda in wartime? Goodness gracious!

I remember that program. When I was in private school we had a computer class and I learned how to type so fast because I was a mario fanatic and I really wanted to get to the higher levels. Also I felt the need to show off.

Well, I still consider that wrong propaganda.
But anyone with a bit of brain can imagine that not all germans/Italians/Japanese were evil at that time. I think the anti-nazi propaganda in the US was sometimes blown out of proportion, considering the fact that the usa didn't even suffer directly from the world wars. I can imagine lot's of german soldiers didn't even want to fight in the war, nor uphold the ideals of Hitler himself, but only did it in a desperate try to protect/support their family.
The cartoon is probably made for the entertainment of troops in bases, and not for children. Because, if it's made for children, it is just as wrong.

First of all, don't underestimate the American propaganda machine 
And second, with it not being so bad, I meant that Donald Duck isn't that much a Nazi when you see the complete vid in comparison to what you see in just the short version.

This is not true. Sadly enough, it was partly true for both non germans living in Germany, as well as the european countries (including my own) that got occupied.
And yes, in the end of the whole video, we see Donald is not a nazi. He's a flagkisser.
On a sidenote: There are still too many countries that are close, and even worse off than the Germany in the reign of Adolf today.
