well if you read any of the AVP books you would know that for a predator, it is illegal to hunt oomans according the the rules of the hunt. Since both predators both violated these rules they are probably outcasted preds. But given the skill of the predator from the 1st, he would probably win a fight over the pred from the 2nd. no match really
