Horror movies?

Has any one seen darkness? or alone in the dark?
I thoght those were pretty good but not scream while watching it good. Unless you watched it like I did with my cousins and they are chicken shits.
Better than watching darknessfalls with my best friend. She jumped and I had a bruise on my arm for a week Razz

I watched Final Destination yesterday... damn, that movie is way better than the second one and just a good movie overall...

Well, it's simple...

This dude (in the first movie) has a vision about the plane he is on exploding... so he gets off the plane with some more people... then the plane explodes... it was ment to explode... according to Death's plan. But he saw through it, but the people that survived still have to die. So Death himself comes after them to kill them and he tries to prevent it.

final destination is one of my all-time favorite comedies! Laughing

really, i was rofling the whole time, that stuff is hilarious! it made me wanna see the second one, but i haven't yet. people told me it's even funnier!

I don't know if it's gonna be scary or stupid, but the Descent looks pretty creepy...

I saw Stay Alive yesterday... it's about some dudes who play a video game and then get killed the same way they get killed in the game. Anyhoo, it's pretty good, except when they start technobabbling...

I saw Hostel, but it definitely didn't live up to all the ranting and raving that was done about it. It was alright, but jeez, how many times can you see that gory shit and be impressed? There was no atmosphere at all, and the first half of the movie was superfluous crap about their vacation. Like I care! If you're going to make a gore-fest then at least have the decency to cut to the chase while I'm still young. Rolling Eyes

As for Saw, I think I've had enough of that dude.

I like campy horror (Halloween, Hellraiser, In the Mouth of Madness, etc.), creepy stuff where the atmosphere is built up really well, and psychological stuff that messes with your brain. Oh, and aliens or mutants (Pitch Black, Leviathan, etc.)
