Obviously after 17 (18, counting that 'real world' Freddy movie, wtf?) movies neither can be stopped, not by fire, death, hell, diminishing returns etc, so it's a pointless smackdown. Especially without Kane Hodder.

hmmm they cant call it a death match could they (both of em are already dead hence made it pointless).i shoud say a last undead-man standing is more like it.

Jason won....okay i know some of you take in the wink thing into arguement....thats what i ment in it being a last man standing match.Freddy is still alive....but cant do anything cause hes beheaded by jason.a friend of mine was really into Nightmare Movies, while myself is more of a Friday the 13th fan.Freddy vs. Jason kicked ass....pity they didnt use Kane Hodder as Jason....cause Kane Hodder is Jason.

while we are on the topic, my choice of Slasher/Serial killers by rank:

1) Jason Voorhees (still on top with the most kills ever!!+the iconic hockey mask)
2) Michael Myers (looks cool in his dark overalls and that extra long chefs knife+creepy porcelain mask)
3) Candyman (gave me the creeps watching it)
4) Norman Bates (one word....Psycho)
5) okay okay......freddie (he's alot better than the one on no 6.)
6) Chucky (i dont know.....but i just dont like Childs Play)
