Ok ALP-ers... We need to have a field trip. I saw this last night, and my face still hurts from laughing. (yea, I know, hurts... it's killing me...)
This was BRILLIANT. Way too funny to even explain, but I figure you guys would get the joke. Personal favorite song: "What the fuck was that?"
Last night was a special show. Bruce Campbell was a guest of the house and did about a half-hour / 45 mins from the stage after the show. Q&A and some wonderful audience abuse. hehehehehe.
SO: I plan on going again - and AlPers, the tickets are pretty cheap. Let's pick a night and make a party out of it! This show is going to be the Rocky Horror Show of this decade.
Who couldn't love blood - chainsaws - singing
So.... Let's get cultchad!

Can you get to into town by yourself?
I (shit, never volunteer for anything) will chaperone a group if that's how it works out. Theatre's on 50th, bet 8 & 9 avs, at New World Theatres at Worldwide Plaza.
If we get enough interest I could probably get some discounted tickets, too. Let's see what happens ! |

I'd even go dressed up as a human, but I'm not ditching the hat. _________________

I have an engine room, I mean Chevrolet Suburban, and I'm only four hours away from the city. I could definitely swing it and provide transportation etc. if anyone arrives by train into syracuse or utica or something. But hey, we need more than two alpers to come.
I'll get the ball rolling:
I have many weekends free. I'd like to suggest this one- December 1st or 2nd. There is a show at 7:30 and 11:00 on the 1st (a Friday), and a 7:00 and 11:00 on Saturday. Fits my schedule so far as I know. _________________ "Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love." - Albert Einstein |

| I am available during the week, but since ski season is scheduled to start weekend of Nov 18, my weekend availability is sketchy until April. I'll have to see what my bookings look like for that Dec 1 weekend. We might do this in multiples, if that works. |

You know what, I'll be back in New York from December 17 to January 8. If you can swing it anytime in that period (other than D25, J1, or J7), I'd be very willing to head out. _________________ The official MILF-masta of the AlP forums.

Damn, if I were in town then I'd check this out. Tell me how it is when the show's over. _________________ Only the strongest will survive.

I'd gladly go, if it were not several thousand miles from my house.("across the pond"). Oh well. i'll just have to watch the movie at home. _________________ there once was something funny here.

@ Crotch- If I could get friends to come with me during that time-period it would better than the weekend I suggested because it's after exams and stuff. Then I would also be able to do it during the week (to accommodate Amber-Eyez the ski-bunny ). _________________ "Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love." - Albert Einstein |
