Is anyone watching this cartoon? It's the newest offering from the animated DC Universe. I'm not hugely familiar with the Legion, but it's pretty cool so far. They've only aired three episodes, then reran them all, so hopefully new ones are out next week. It airs Saturday morning on the CW 11 / WPIX, probably at 10am, but check listings.
The basic story is that the Legion is getting their collective asses handed to them by the Fatal Five, so Braniac V takes them back in time to recruit Superman's help, but they go a little far, and get a teenager who barely knows how to use his powers. The lineup so far includes: Young Superman (not boy, as there are copyright issues), Saturn Girl, Lightning Lad, Bouncing Boy, Braniac 5, Phantom Girl, Timber Wolf, Triplicate Girl and Cosmic Boy (though we've only seen him in the background so far).
Oh, and former NY stage actor, and friend of mine Yuri Lowenthal does the voice of young Superman.

It is pretty awesome. I just wish my local channel would air it when the TV guide says it's on. Guide says 10am, it actually airs at 8am. Makes it a little hard to set the DVR to record. I end up recording a 4 hour block because I'm never sure that they won't just switch times without warning. Stupid Baltimore network.
