Okey, I made the pedophile test, where you try to recognise the pedo. I got
"You guessed 12 of 19 correctly (%63.2). Your grade: C-
Out of 1,597,522 people who took this test, the average score is: %49.5
"
Few I knew, Most of them I guessed and some of them just looked... creepy. _________________ "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" |

What parts did you visite, if I may ask? because there are some good parts of Romania and a lot of realy bat parts. |
Oh, I've been at the black sea coast. Costanza is really nice, actually, if I think about it, I could fancy going there again. I've been asked to give guest lectures at the Homerus University over there. I've been to the delta where the Donau goes into the black sea and that was freaking beautiful, really surreal. People were living in a timewarp there, say, one or two centuries.
And I've been to Bucharest, which I didn't like all that much. And to Transylvania, where the people really sucked. And to towns I forgot the name to, where the people were really nice. Basically, I've moved from Hungary to Bulgaria both times, so then you know the route. There was one boarder city, I think it was the city where the 1990 revolution started, that was a rather nice town. _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

The Black Sea coast is a nice place, but I consider the Carpatians to be a better place to be, and the prices are only huge rather then astronomical. As for the Danube delta, I don't know what to say, haven't visited yet...
I'm rather surprised you didn't like Transylvania, all facts considered it is the most westernized part of Romania. Maybe that's why you didn't like it.
Asa for the city you were refering in your last sentence, I think you are refering to Timisoara. It is where I go to university and it is hardly a town by romanian standards, it's one of the five fargest citys in the country. If you ever pass through the region again, please let me know. it would be quite nice to meat you in person. _________________

Yes, Timisoara, that's the one.
Oh, and I was in Transilvania in 1995 - it definitely was not westernized back then, I can tell you that! _________________ The Justified Ancient of Mu Mu |

When I sais westerized I didn't mean that in an arhitectural way but rather in economical and somewhat cultural way. Fact is, you'll never see a skyscraper in Romania, most strucutres hardly surpass 10 stories, what you will are less homelss people, less unemplyment a few less stray dogs. _________________
