Wake-up/Sleepy time?

Yeah I know. What the fuck has the Pandaman been drinking? It started when I was talking to some of my friends, and the discussion wandered towards when we get up and go to bed. So I got curious.

Me? W.A.@ School-days 7:00, every other day 10, and 12 if it rained the night before.

S.T.@ at 23 usually and 22 if I have somthign important to do the next day.

I'm all over the place. Right now, while I'm being a slacker and enjoying summer vacation? Up around 10 pretty much every day but Sunday. Go to bed around 1-2 a.m. On Saturdays, though, I LARP (Vampire), so I'm usually up til 3-4 a.m. and waking up around noon on Sunday.

Once I go back to work? Well, I guess that depends on what job I get after coming back from Florida. Chances are it'll be a 9-5 thing and I'll have to suck it up and be in bed by midnight at the latest and up no later than 7. Blech.

My personal best sleep times based on my internal clock? In bed at 4 am, up at noon.

While staying in the city where I work:

I go to bed at anything between 23.00 and 01.00.

I get up between 8.00 and 9.00

I walk to work between 9.00 and 10.00.

I walk back home between 17.00 and 19.00 and have dinner immediately afterwards.

As you can see, I have no set working times.

While staying in the city where I live with my girlfriend:

Wake up at 8.00 because my girlfriend goes to work at 9.00

Start working myself at about 10.00

Stop working when my girlfriend comes home round about 18.00 to cook dinner.

In the weekends, I just hang around, hang around, hang around.

i hardly ever go to sleep before midnight, and usually it's more towards 1 am. if i have to, i get up as early as required, but if i don't have to (oh, blessed holidays) it can be anywhere between 11 am and 2 pm.
please don't wake me, no, don't shake me, leave me where i am, i'm only sleeping...

Holidays

My personal circadian rhythms tell me to stay up until about 4am, and sleep until at least noon. Unfortunately, it has been more than 20 years since I had a job that allowed me to follow that rhythm.

I normally try to be in bed by 11pm(23) and get up around 5:30. That allows me to get to school about an hour and a half before school starts, and that is the best time for me to get work done.

me...I go to bed...whenever and wake up at around 10:18 am. I always wake up at that time. When I was in high school it was at 6:13 am every morning. I used to beat my alarm clock. I still do. Its only because I set it at weird times.

i go to bed between 10:30 and eleven, but i usually read untill, uhh midnight to half one. on school days, i get up at a quarter to seven (6:45), but when the weekend starts, i wake up on sunday.

Lately I have no school or job and all my friends are at college so I just go to bed and wake up whenever. I woke up at about 2am today after sleeping for about 20 hours since I was awake for about 30 before that.

usually in bed by midnight -1am. Lately, the wife has been getting up first and she sets the alarm for around 6:30am... then hits the snooze every 8 minutes until quarter after 7am. I get up usually around 7:30am.
