i would proclaim (... Wrincewind proclaims. I like that!) but i get nervous in front of crowds, so i am content to write speeches, messages, and recordings of my voice. (side note about my singing: many singers have reputedly shattered glass with their high c, but my high, high, f can clean them. i am a quite good baritone though.) hmm. wrincewind_proclaims, or wrincewind_quietly_writes_a_speech_in_the_background? Definitely the former. if i ever change my name (not too likely) that's what it'll be.
