So sorry, no such person.
There have been several John Lockes who are somewhat to extremely famous, but none of them helped with the Declaration of Independence.
Now, the most famous John Locke, the one who died in 1704, strongly influenced the Declaration of Independence. But he was waaaay too dead to actually help with it.

I totally think understatement is the best thing in the entire universe. I mean, I am always telling everyone, over and over a million times, that the best possible world is full to the brim, completely made up of, the greatest people ever, who only use understatement to communicate.
It is sooooo totally awesome to use understatement!

Rock & Roll. Hard Rock reminds me of bands with lots of hair, or bands that annoy me, like Bruce Springstein.

Dang, that is wrong on soooo many levels.
Let me just say this. Your failure to relate to Bruce Springsteen is most likely due to your age. I can forgive that.
But Jiminy Christmas, please avoid mentioning Springsteen and hair bands in the same sentence ever again.
Ever.
Please. _________________
