It was mainly the picture why I posted it. It says, however, (as you might have guessed) "We are saved! Jesus has returned! 82% of believers?"

I think it has to do with the fact was that Chirac got 82% of the votes in the latest presidential elections, which in its turn had to do with the fact that the only other candidate was extreme right wing Le Pen (no family of deceased Dutch rocker Herman Brood).
