I think you're thinking of the movie Commando. First of all, that wasn't his wife, it was just a woman he stumbled upon in the movie, and second of all, besides Arnie, there was only one other Commando on that island if I recall correctly.

speaking of Gov. Bicep, yesterday i accidentally saw the 80's sci-fi classic The Running Man. i haven't seen itsince early childhood. remember it? it's freaking amazing!
it features guys named Buzzsaw, Cpt. Freedom, and my personal favourite Dynamo, clad in sheet metal all covered with little LE diodes and blasting lightnings at his enemies while singing opera arias.

What a weird coincidence... I watched that movie last week and I had the DVD in my hands about half an hour ago to see if the names of the cast are on there...
I just love the totalitarian state feeling...
