We have an Action Now channel and a Horror channel. The Action No channel shows semi-decent stuff, but this one movie I saw on the Horror channel completely sucked. It was with a dude who was turning into some monster and then he attacked some punks and he gripped one of them by the arm and his arm started to burn off... _________________

The Dead Hate The Living is perhaps the shittiest movie I've seen, and its a low budget horror. But at least it was shitty enough to be amusing, not like the grotesque shit fest that were the 3 Ninjas movies. And while I'm at it I should mention the utter stink of SpyKids 3D, that was like riding a sewage slide through a cave of suck. _________________

Dear Lord, there should be a law banning the release of bad movies ( a preview audience made up of legal buffs, critics and normal fans who can veto the film and prevent it from ever seeing the light of day. Anyway, I think shrek was kinda shit, okay its a kids film, but the dialogue was terrible and the plot was really rather weak. _________________ People are dying, we need guns! |

I loooove Shrek. Shrek 2 can go stuff itself, but Shrek rocks!
I have watched it umpty-leven times. There are soooo many cool bits in it.
It was far more than just a kids' movie. They definitely were thinking about this mid-40s man when they made that movie. _________________

What point is there to direct-to-video sequels? _________________

I found Shrek and its sequel to be quite entertaining. I like Mike Meyers's sense of humor.

No, I was only adding to the previous comments on Shrek.
Worst ever would have to be Bats, with Lou Diamond Phillips. Just horrible. That, or Graveyard Shift. |

Ok, because I thought of Shrek as great movie. The 2nd was good too, but I thought it was made too much for the kids. _________________ Only the strongest will survive.

Max Magician and the Legend of the Rings is by far the worst movie I've ever seen.
My fiance and I watched the entire thing. Sorta like morbid curiosity I guess... it was so bad we just had to see what happened next, and if it could get any worse. We laughed our asses off and made up our own lines for the actors. For such an awful movie it actually turned out to be great entertainment... just not in the way the director, producer, etc., had intended I'm sure.
Thank goodness we picked it up really cheap at WalMart. I would have been royally pissed if we'd paid regular DVD price for it. Heh. |

| I was too lazy to see if anyone mentioned "Master of Disguise," but hopefully nobody saw it, as it would have to become a black hole to suck worse. |

Drop Dead Gorgeous
Earth versus the Spider
Alexander
Van Hellsing
Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Salaam Bombay
Napolean Dynamite
Meet the Parents
Meet the Fockers
On Deadly Ground
Fire Down Below
And I third or fourth the vote on Starship Troopers 2 _________________ "For those who believe, no explanation is necessary, for those who do not, none shall suffice." |

Yeah, I agree... Alexander wasn't that good... not enough battles and too much gay stuff... _________________

I didn't think Van Hellsing was bad. Sure it was crap but at least it was mildly entertaining, unlike the others in that list.
But I seriously think they should have called it Castlevania instead. _________________

| I vote Meet the Fockers. My little cousin told on me when I accidentally said, "Meet the f*ckers". Plus, I just didn't like it the way I thought I would. |

I thought it was actually quite nice... still, the first one was better but this one was ok.
I also like Van Helsing... saw it in the cinema and got it on DVD... I even have the PS2 game... _________________

I liked Van Hellsing, RE:A, and Meet the Parents (never saw Fockers). I liked them all very, very much... _________________ You forget one thing: rock crushes scissors. But paper covers rock... and

Fact of Life #6619: Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers would have been more entertaining if it was just a trio of pepperpots* in a theater cackling "Bedpan! Bedpan!".
*Refer to Fact of Life #1441: When it comes to irritating people, John Cleese is an amateur. _________________

It's based on the Dark Horse comic book series, named: Van Helsing
BTW: I found it pretty entertaining. Could have been better of course. _________________ Only the strongest will survive.

Actually, no it isn't. It's supposed to be a homage to numerous older Universal horror films from the 30's & 40's. _________________
