In Holland we say "atten", which I think comes from ad fundum.

Hello,
I'm Ali, I'm from Scotland and am still forced to live here by your government's policy of refusing visas to humans. I've spent 3 months in the last year in NYC (UWS, oh yeah) and had a blast, planning to try move back in 2 years wherever the hell I can afford to live! Oh yeah.
And clearly, with the whole Scottish thing I can drink any of you alcoholics under the table :-p FYI you should NECK beer. Neck it!

'Ello hello. I use the moniker of Crow here (though I've used other monikers elsewhere), but my real name is Derek-Paul. I'm nineteen (twenty in the December era) and I am currently enrolled at Heartland Community College. I'm working on my Associates in Arts.
I live in central Illinois, and I am surrounded by flat-land, Republicans, corn, and Dollar Generals. I pick and choose when it comes to the aforementioned. Not that they're bad, just they're abundant.
I live three hours away from Chicago, and prefer to KEEP it that way. I'm not a fan of Chicago... Too much there... Crowded and all. I grew up in a small town and I like it that way.
I did graduate high school, with a 2.1 GPA (which makes me the middle smart of the family! Hooray!), and have been having a very hit/miss record for college. I'm planning on buckling down this semester though. I'd like to actually pass Math 070 this time around...
I work part-time at a grocery store, bagging groceries, carrying them out, and stocking. I may get a second part time job at a video rental store just down the road from the grocery store. I dunno.
I don't drive yet, as I have some odd fear of getting behind the wheel of a heavy piece of metal, knowing everyone else on the road is completely out of their minds. And driving SUVs and Hummers. No thank you.

I love listening to music, and have the music player (iTunes) on constant shuffle and on at all times. 1,812 (at the moment) looping in random succession. <3 I have many favorites...
I ramble, often. So I can sometimes just go on and I have the tendency to annoy people... And I think I'll stop there, realizing I've done it here...
