Instruments?

Who on the forums plays an instrument?
I've seen a few play in bands, but who plays any instrument at all?

I play:
euphonium
baritone
tuba
keyboards
bass guitar
upright bass
And I sometimes make my own simple synths.

Yes, I realize I need to get a life.

I myself don't play anything, though I'd want to. Maybe bass guitar, or saxophone.

I play piccolo and flute (though I prefer picc.). Can play piano, though not very well. Can sorta play bass clarinet.

Hm, I played the recorder in grade school and then again in high school. :-p
I actually got slightly decent the second time around. Oh well, that's all gone now.

I played violin from my 7th to my 15th. From my 21th till my 25th I wrote and recorded a lot of music using a Korg-synthesizer (not a wavestation, but an old school poly 800 - very cool!), a sampler and a trackerprogram on my computer - so you could say I can play those. I'm somewhat decent on the piano and have made an arrangement with the guy teaching musical theory in our department that he will teach me to play classical piano. I'm looking forward to that very much - now I only have to buy me a piano...

I did some recorder in elementary school. That's about it. But I'm interested in the guitar. I mean the electric guitar. But bah, I'm not gonna try it. Razz

I play the acoustic guitar, I'm not that good though, I rock on the drums, and I'm pretty lame on the piano, I only know chopins, and can do the intro for Moonlight Sonata. Oh and nursery songs like Mary had a little lamb, yadda yadda.

I play all percussion but my favorite is the Snare Drums. And Jerry, if you ever read this, f*ck you, I hate the Bass Drum. Timpani can kick it's a$$ any day. ... ... Ermmm they're both the same, basicly. But still, f*ck you.
