From a 1965 movie called Gumnaam, a Bollywood remake of the Agatha Christie move And Then There Were None. This music, and apparently parts of the video, were used in the intro to the 2000 movie Ghost World.
It is very weird and very cool. I have watched it probably 50 times in the couple of weeks since I discovered it. The dancing is wild, the Lone Ranger masks are a bizarre twist, the singer is very cheesy, I have no idea what the words mean. It has everything!!!

It was actually very strange. The music was kinda wacky, the singing was also off. the dance was strangely choreographed.
Yet, I couldn't stop watching it.
