I play guitar and sing a bit, but I just jam with friends. I kinda do have a band, but not really. I figure some of the songs might be funny, some of them might be like "wtf?" cause there are inside jokes in there too.

Not in a band anymmore, but back when I was in college I was in a band called The Unexplained. I was the guitarist/singer.

doing guitar (rather rhythm than lead) and some backup singing, i was in a band with a bunch of friends, it lasted about 6 months and died a natural death. shame really. we never even played a real gig, but the rehearsals were much fun.
now i'm kinda tryin' to be a solo artist, but i still suck (ah, so maybe it wasn't them that sucked...)

oh, while the band still existed we were considering the name Full Metal Jacket

ok. thread-o-mancy but with a good rason. i'm in a band once again, yay for me! i suddenly became a lead singer, which is real funny since i never tried this before. everyone, fingers crossed so that it works.

Between 1989 and 1998, I used to be into programming synths, drum machines and sequencers. I was invloved in a couple of no-go-where projects, did a little studeo recording, and played a couple of gigs live at our vocalist's school. Unfortunately creative direction was a major problem (I was into Kraftwerk electonics and he was into boy band sound) which meant we sounded like an unhealthy cross between Skinny Puppy and Erasure

okay, thread-o-mancy round two. so things are beginning to look promising in the aforementioned new band. we really seem to be able to catch some understanding and after over half-a-year it is safe enough to claim that this thing might actually last.
we had a sorta debut, not a real gig, but still the closest to a band gig i ever got, that's for sure. and it was exhilarating.

so far we are toying with a name Pagan Stragan (that's an untranslatable play of words, a stupid mix of English and Polish); the phrase oozes some real bad-taste cheesiness, and that's what appeals to some of us about it
(it's 3 to 2 in votes, so it should pass )
