I actually have a some-what thriving social life, as a matter of fact, but it;'s a curious scenaro: I don't know everyone but everyone knows me, it's quite unnerving.
Well I guess that's the case when you live in a zoo.
But yes, Mango* asked for proof. Here's mine: what else could I be if I roleplay as a giant anthromorphic , ass-kicking, katana swinging, brüe swilling, chick magnetizing Panda Shogun?

A geek is someone who looks like Steve Urkel...and acts like him too...
And a dork is someone who's annoying...

Nerd = For the most part, academic. Usually associated with little to no social skills.
Geek = Specialized in something, but not necessarily academic. Also associated with odd social skills.
I can't really think of a way to describe "dork" at the present moment.

Here is the hierarchy, in reverse order:
A dork is a person with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
A nerd is a socially inept person. Nerds are superior to dorks.
A geek is a highly intelligent, socially inept person. Geeks are superior to both nerds and dorks.
I consider myself a geek. And I have the wallet-sized periodic table actually in my wallet to prove it.

Nooo, that's not being an asshole. That's being portentous.
Trying to have portentousness being defined as being an asshole, is well, being an asshole. Or rather, it could be a prick. Either one would work nicely. They both have similar meanings but I am not that much up to par with the semantics of certain cuss words.
