Yea, in Alien vs. Predator: Prey, the Predators have actual Yautja names. Of course they are at the same time almost like nicknames, because "Dachande" just means "Different Knife" in the Yautja language. You could see them almost as being like traditional Native American names where the name is meant to describe something about their personality or appearance.
In case anyone's interested, this site has a pretty nifty glossary of Yautja words. No doubt its been posted somewhere already (maybe even in this thread. I didn't bother reading the whole thing).
As for aliens having names, I'd say that's a big no. There is no need for the queen to tell different aliens apart, and since aliens are very much like ants or bees or termites in terms of how they organize, then your typical drone doesn't have any individual identity. Everything is done to ensure the survival of the hive and the queen, and all others are expendable. If aliens actually had any sense of individuality then they'd be less likely to run into the pulse-rifle fire of marines. You'd also get little xenomorph uprisings and revolts against the queen. They aren't free-thinking individuals, so that doesn't happen.
Your average xeno is not capable of higher-level thinking. They have highly evolved instincts (in Alien Resurrection we learn that they are pretty much born knowing everything they need to know), and they have an animal cunning that means they are clever enough to figure out that if they slash this particular bundle of wires, lights will go off and the poor little humans will start shitting themselves.
If anything, only the Queen is capable of that, only its probably not the same as in a human. More like a chimp or a dolphin.
I think I sould point out that the Anchorpoint Essays has a section dealing with Alien communication, under section 5.2 which deals with the Queen's head (again, sorry if this link has already been mentioned in this thread). Basically it theorizes that most of the communication, though some of it is audible, is done using ultrasonic and bioelectric signals, and as such means the Queen's head acts like a satellites dish for broadcasting these signals.
So again, apologies if these links have already been brought up.

What comes to mind is Alien IV: Resurection, when the newborn, a xenomorph with more human traits than normal, bit it's momma's face right off.
