Well, it's summer, but it's like a hotter half of the year and a wetter half of the year.
Still I'd like to visit Singapore some time. If I ever visit, i'm the man wearing the portable refrigerator.
Seriously, I cannot tolerate 23 and above. I'd sweat like mad. That's what I get for being decended from Slavs.

People would love you. On a hot day, people would be swarming near just to have the feel of cold air. Mind you, our hot day is 30 degrees and above. And a rather cool day is 27...
