oh snap, i did the same.  except i would rewrite the original story and put myself in it.. and change it around a bit.

I stopped reading them around 14, because by then I've read every book except for That Ellimist Edition. Couldn't stand it, I don't like that fella  I still have a few of the books, and I actually reread one of the books just now.. and now I felt like writing again.. only this time, we can morph, but I was made to a vampire, and I still drink tea

i read almost all of them, except for maybe a couple in between.. i didn't like how she ended the series. :\

I don't think anyone does but I respect her style, and as much as the ending seemed abrupt then, at least it did conclude the war on Earth. The way she ended it, it opened up to several possible alternate endings for fanfiction writers, which is good I suppose..

true... i just wish the tv series had gotten enough views. it had to be cancelled. :\ (but i bought two of the movies.. woot!)
speaking of fanfiction.. i think i might start up the old writing again..... *thinks of two tests next week* err, over the summer.

Hmm... let's bring up the question. Any Fanfiction writers out there?
So far this guy's my favourite; Sentinel28. His work of parody, the Evangelion Matrix is kickass, and a whole lot of laughs (Clickie).

I've been slowly plugging away at a piece of Shadowrun fanfic for a few months now.
I've also been known to write very short, kind of surrealist fiction.

I thought the TV series was cancelled because it sucked arse. I mean, the Drakon beams were frikkin' torches!

Well... I guess sucking arse would be a good reason for it not getting enough views, right? They could have made the effects better.. but I still like the stories.
I never went fully into writing fanfics, but I think I might try it at Harry Potter post-HBP sometime. The fanfics I've read on them were mainly the shipping kinds.
