The 3 Laws of Off-Topicness:

1- In aLp, off-topic is on-topic since most topics go off-topic sooner or later.
2- Therefore if a topic is on-topic, it is considered off-topic because if off-topic is on-topic then on-topic is off-topic.
3- Since on-topic is off-topic and off-topic is on-topic, everything is on-topic, even the off-topic topics.

I take it that with "TOPIC PLZ" you ment we had to stay on-topic...
