This is not necessarily what is your favorite sport to become OBSESSIVE over, or to bet on, or to know all the players of, just what do you find most enjoyable to come across on the tv.
personally, as much as i love the yankees, if i didn't know any of the teams i don't think i'd be as much of a baseball fan. so. i'm going to have to say that my favorite sports to watch are:
CURLING!
and SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING
because they're mezmerizing, even if i never actually learn the point of curling. _________________ organic chemists do it naturally |

well, porn was officially declared a sport by a previous thread under this category, but I don't watch porn so I guess my favorite sport to watch is Paintball. _________________

It's too bad that this topic wasn't about video games.

| Slamball is to basketball what the shootout is to hockey. It's not a sport, it's a skills competition. |

No, it's a sport.
Although after/before matches, they have skill competitions. _________________

i say SNOOKER. this is truly fascinating, especially if the players are real uber-masters, like O'Sullivan or Higgins.
used to enjoy NBA a lot of years ago, but then the league went silly and now it's hardly interesting at all. _________________ i have no time for anal love

Yeah ok, if I'm serious, it's definitely snooker. My dad always watches it when it's on, and in the beginning I didn't think much of it, but after a while, when you figure out the rules and stuff, it's really cool and exciting. _________________

I love watching snooker. It's a sport my family all get together for. And then complain when Davis doesn't win. >_< _________________

exactly. i couldn't watch it until my dad explained it all to me, then it turned out it's brilliant.
it helps to understand the rules; that's how life goes. _________________ i have no time for anal love

I'd love to play it once. I mean, I've played pool lots of times, but it's different.
Well, and I got the Snooker Championship Masters 2004 or something for my PS2 (my dad bought it, although he never played it ) but it's still not the same. _________________

i second Aramor actually. we don't have many places where you can play snooker in Poland (none that i know of in fact), only lots and lots of regular pool billiard joints. _________________ i have no time for anal love

Personally, I think snooker is right up there with darts and golf as the most boring sport to watch.
A football match with 2 attacking teams, now that's worth the admittance fee. Seeing skillful players playing the game the way it should be played instead of crappy players hacking lumps out of each other. Or any game the Hearts win, is good to watch.
The Barca - Chelsea game last year is a good example, or the champions league final between Liverpool and Milan. _________________ By the time you realise this sig doen't actually say anything it's already too late to stop reading it. |
