i FINALLY managed to put up an avatar, and i drew the hat on it as an extra touch, i love Paint. i was going to put something else up there, but i didnt have time so i just put on a santa hat. when i get the time i'll fix it.

This may sound kinda noobish, but does anyone know how to make a moving picture, such as Simon_Says's avatar? I know it has to be a GIF, but i dunno how to make it change pictures like that. As my name and sig say, I AM STUPID that's why its the first half of my name.

Well duuuuh I use MS Paint. Razz

I actually use Paintshop Pro 7. It may not be as good as Photoshop, which I'm snooping into btw (pictures will triple in awesomness once I become adept at PS), but PSP has vector graphics functionality, and gets the job done very nicely. Having vector graphics functionality is a huge advantage.

For Animations I use Animation Shop 3.
