I'm still not sure if this site is fake. People claim its a hoax, but there isn't anything I've seen that definitely shows it as a hoax

I never quite know what to make of this website. I lean towards it being a hoax, but deep down I know there are people who are like this.

I've tried looking this site up on a couple of "hoax" sites, but haven't turned anything up. Doesn't mean it's not a hoax, I just havne't managed to locate anything yet.
