It seems that not even CBGB can survive in Manhattan anymore. Fez is going too.

I played at CB's recently, and there was literally no one besides the few that we brought with us. No one cares enough to go there anymore, thats why its closing.

it's usually the same problem. even when i go to this certain place *which offers AvP II LAN; that's rare in Singapore*, it only get's hot for a while. sooner or later, the customers don't frequent the place, and the shop closes down.
