Actually, a properly mixed Black Zombie doesn't have anything to do with the lungs(unless, you know, you actually pour it down there.), but rather the heart. So much caffeine in your body can cause a weak heart to 'overload', for the lack of a better term. In the long run, that can have a pretty dramatic effect on your lungs and therefor, breathing.
