Worst game of all time

Well, to tell you the truth, I just like it so much caus I'm first of all a real big PlayStation whore and caus the game's made in Holland. So I'm kinda biased... well, a lot actually... but I do think it's one of the better PS2 FPS's...

Killzone has a great atmosphere, but the PS2's geriatric hardware and godawful analogue sticks don't really lend themselves to fps gameplay. That said, I enjoyed Killzone, though it is hardly the 'PS2 Halo' that all the magazines and websites claimed it would be. I liked Rico's chaingun. It was appropriately big violent and loud.

Yes, it does have good atmosphere. Like I've probably stated before, I think it was a very good attempt but it had some major flaws. However, I'm sure they have fixed these flaws for Killzone 2. KZ2 looks very very promising...too bad I'm going to buy a 360, or i would definately consider trying it out.

I picked up Killzone about a week ago for $19.99, and its not too bad. The single player doesn't do alot of justice but the online multiplayer is entertaining enough to keep my ocupied for awhile. Now on the other hand, it still pales in comparison to waaaay better shooting games such as Project Snowblind, Time Splitters: Future Perfect, and Call of Duty: Finest hour.*

*All the games I listed there are FPS for the Ps2 that all go online.

Oh, I didn't mean this as a serious offense on Halo. Just reversing what da Panda man said. I like Halo. It's a cool game. Especially when you and a friend are fucking around with Warthogs. We got this saying: everything fits everywhere. Which basically means that with two Warthogs you can get everywhere.

People seem to be taking my post the wrong way. I was trying to demonstrate how it would be practically impossible for Killzone to even have a glimmer of Halo's limelight as Halo has so uch publicity and such a large fan base.

It's sort of like the iPOD and other mp3 players, iPOD dominates the market even though there are dozens of other mp3 players on the market, many of them far superior.

i don't know too many games besides the ones i like, so i'll have to go with a christmas present

i used to read animorphs and my parents got me the game, i don't remember too much cause it sucked so bad i threw it away after 2 levels (i usually finish every game i have). basically it was a shitty jump n run with wannabe final fantasy fights
