Yeh they are sooo crappy i have gone throgh 4 tubes of super glue to keep my Scar together and now i'm on my 5th tube. *Sigh* Crying or Very sad

Well I don't even think McFarlane are making figures anymore. Everything is just... statues and dioramas now.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but Bernie, what's the figure you use for Abe in the comics? I know which one Pres is, but I love how articulate the Abe is. I want one.

Simple: Because they cant. They can make Statues, statuettes and busts, but not figures.

I think they are just making statues and dios now becuase people complained about the figures sooooooooo much, that mcfarlane toys wont risk it anymore.

I like the new figures but they're not as good as the old ones, I don't think the action translates to figures very well.

The Alien Queen is wearing high-heels!

Dude, you're not kidding. Almost every single one of my Movie Maniacs figures has a piece broken off of it. It's just insane how fragile the damn things are. I mean, that spider thing from The Thing, only has like, two limbs still attached. Madness.

McFarlane figures for the most part are fragile, but keep in mind they arn't really meant to be played with, just displayed. The new Spawn figures just came out and they are amazing too, the detail is real good, as far as the new AVP figures, they're alright I guess, I would have prefered six inch scale figures, but it's cool though, I'm not sure but I think the Predator 2 trading figures are the same size, so they'd look cool in a diorama with the AVP figures...

I don't think ToyBiz would do Predator justice, all that articulation would ruin the sculpt, if not McFarlane I'd rather have NECA do the figures as they've done a fantastic job with the Hellraiser line...

The current AVP figures McFarlane does are more or less colored-remakes of its other alien and predator series. The only thing New that I detect is minor changes to armor and helmets.

Are there any other figures which are currently aviable exept the ones by McFarlane? I know about some Kenner figures (released in 1993, can be bought at Ebay) and some japanese figures (I saw them here in another post, they are great!). Very Happy
