It's the one with the Today Show window, whch means someone from outside the U.S. (or who sleeps later than the show is on, even) might well find it mystifying without being "dumb" or "simple."

I live in Oz, where they used to show TODAY, before they just ripped off the format, but the joke was a little skewed. Especially having not seen a mooner.

Actually, the episode you're describing is #73, which is not the one being asked about in this thread.
And if you don't want to argue, lecturing everyone on their behavior and accusing them of acting like children (especially when referring to a dead issue like an already-locked thread) is a pretty lousy way to keep arguments from happening, IMO.
