Gasp! Vin Diesel is awesome! He would make a good MC! Actually the BEST MC would be an MC who's face was never shown so they can keep the same voice actor as the game.

p.s.-I could state about a million things i would do to make it a good movie, but you dont want to hear it probly.....

OH! THE HELL WITH IT!

They shouldn't make a game to movie film. They should use the story from The Fall of Reach. This way you get some of the back story on the MC and the other Spartans, if you havn't read the book.

We already know a realistic, true-to-the-game, kickass, Spartan armor can be built. (Nightmare Armor) They should only use cgi on him if its really needed. Same with the covies. The elites should be real except for their heads and legs (because of the long neck and their dog legs). Some of the other covenant may need to be alot more cgi, however. (Especially hunters, unless they build a big robotic puppet...or find a fella who is 12 feet tall) : D

Vin Diesel would make a good adult MC. But then, through most of The Fall of Reach, he is alot younger.

I say Vin diesel is a bad actor... I watched Chronicles of Riddick (before you ask, it was on tv) and I must say: "The movie was bad, Vin Diesel is worse."

"Are you going to get rid of the monsters?" "I am the monster!" Dude Diesle's a child molester. As Digitaalkloseti put it: This is not a matter of your opinion.

Who would make a good MC? Take someone from the military, not a celebrity. But the original voice actor should do the voices, definately. That guy is a must for MC's voice. I mean, as James Earl Jones was for Darth Vader, Steve Downes is for Master Chief.

In my opinion I think that the BEST way to handle this is, like you said, dont show a face and use Downes' voice. But they need to find a guy who is tall enough to be the chief. Lets face it they need someone who will be about 7 foot when he's in the suit.


Chronicles of Riddick is a good movie. Not a great movie, but a good one.

or maybe that guy that played Hellboy, whatsisname. Btw, MC is only 7 or 8 feet tall, Elites are like 9 or 10, and Hunters are freaking huge.

elites are alot taller than they look, but they kinda usually have their heads down in front of them. If they stuck their long neck out, they'd look taller...

Same for hunters, they extend and retract like a turtle or a snail.

p.s.-Hunters are kickass! I like how, in Halo 2, the hunter can swat those large covenant container things around the room. They are friggin strong. Also, anyone else think they look a lot bigger and more menacing in the second game. Also, a helluva lot harder to kill. The beast used to go down in a pistol shot. Now the bastards can take two dozen.

p.s.s.-i know that the pistol is not nearly as strong as in the first game, but it still seems like the hunters can take alot more damage.

All you'd need for the MC in the Halo movie is a big built guy. He is gonna have his mask/faceplate on the whole time so it wouldn't really matter.

They need to keep the original voice though he sounds great with that voice.

I don't care if this movie sucks as much as Matrix: Reloaded, I'm seeing in theaters.

Are thsoe first-person shots from the movie? Cause they are definately not realistic. It looks as if the gun is floating around in the air. Not tight against the body pointing where the body is pointing.
