I was pointed here by someone from the 2000AD board, and I must say, I'm loving it.
The jokes are not too US-centric, which for a British-born guy like myself is a blessing.
What I don't want to see if cameos from other film characters. Just keep Alien and Predator and it'll be fine. |

I think I agree with you, although you might see the Alien Queen make a cameo...
Funny tho, cuz someone on the spawn.com forums said they did hope other film baddies would show up.

It's fine just concentrating on characters from Alien and Predator - there is already a wealth of characters there to pick from, there is no need to extend beyond that.
Besides, the emphasis should remain on the jokes. |

Yeah, and there's like never worked any good writers/artists there right?
Like Alan Moore, Brian Bolland, Grant Morrison, Mark Milliar, Alan Davis, Frank Quitely and so on all suck hard.
It's not all good now, but it sure as hell beats a lot of comics out there (and if you look at what they have published, they beat a LOT of comics. Heroes Reborn, anyone?) |
