I don't like, overdo it but I try to do it enough so that my stomach stays nice and flat (my legs and arms can't really get fat on them haha, my legs are like, pure muscle from rollerblading for 8 years (and occasionally). Though by society's standards I'm "fat", since I'm 205 pounds last time I checked, and wear a 38 in men's/16 in women's (to compinsate for my large hips/thighs. I have to get pants that'll go over them instead of how big my waist is). |
...Wow, that made me feel so very lazy. As in, it makes me want to go outside and do something athletic. Damn you for being inspirational.

I know what you mean. See I'm trying to lose fat, not weight. My weight is 182lbs, which most of it is muscle. It's one of the few things I have to remind myself everytime I check my weight, "most of it is muscle. most of it is muscle".

It's very odd for me, because I'm a guy, but I'm actually fairly underweight (5'10", 17 years old, 130 lbs) And my girlfriend ways more than I do. But she's is the most beautiful person to me, and I love her, so I don't think size matters to me. Really skinny girls just seem strange to me, but they are beautiful in their own ways, but I wouldn't have anyone other than my girlfriend.
