Nazgul Screaching 101: Basically you haev to close your vocal cords real tight and absolutely blast all the air out of your lungs. The frequency may actually hurt nearby ears. Will sound more like it's in your head rather than as a source from elsewhere (according to victims/witnesses).

Yeah, I can do it to. Too bad I can never get the pitch to go up real fast at the end, like in the movies. It was so funny one time though, me and two other guys were just walking through the neighbourhood, and I was wearing one of them semi-Jawa robes, an American Flag as cape and a mask of skull, so you couldn't see my face... and then when someone passed us I made that screech. Scared the shit out of some guy on his bike.

Becaaaauuuuse the reference to the KLF song "Kylie said to Jason" was a joke, since it's so completely obscure (though the KLF is no one hit wonder - they actually had three huge hits in Europe, as well as a megaselling record, The White Room).
Now Kylie Minogue, who started her career with starring in Neighbours, is so bloody famous (at least over here in Europe) and has been that ever since the mid-eighties, having scored a shitload of hits, among others of course "I could be so lucky", "Do the Locomotion", "Where the Wild Roses Grow"(with Nick Cave), the aptly titled "Can't Get You Out of My Head" (because you can't get that frikkin melody out of your head) and "Slow".
She is considered to be very pretty (not by my standards, though) and her ass has a reputation bordering on J-Lo's among certain people.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand, Danni Minogue is her sister.
Now, to dutch standards, it would be indeed slightly ignorant to not know all of this, but I was actually being ironic, because of course that does not make you an ignoramus. Au contraire, I would even say. But sorry if I have insulted you.

That is so true...
She also played in Streetfighter, alongside Jean-Claude van Damme, and she was one of the few lucky people who got to push the first domino stone on the famous (well, here at least... it's fun to watch, except for all the commercials and Lotto stuff) Domino D-Day...
