In the original Fallout, I really like the song that plays in the Cathedral. Very minimalist, but so SO creepy, with those church bells in the background.
The very best video game song of all time, imho, is Hell March from Command and Conquer, Red Alert. That's the one which uses marching boots as percussion. It's so freaking badass.
I also like pretty much any song from Final Fantasy 6.

I love RPGs, such as ffcc, tales of symphonia, mario RPG, and sooo many others, anything wrong with that?

GTA: San Anddreas comes to mind. The music being played while the opening credits and when it's loads the game for the first time. Very catchy tune.

How about the "Super Mario Brothers" #1 theme song? That was trippy. Also "Excite Bike" also comes to mind.
