Sorry that this is kind of digging up a topic that's not been posted in for two weeks, but I actually have the TPB of Aliens vs Predator vs The Terminator and I took some pics to help clarify a few things for you guys.

The story is set right after Alien: Ressurection. Call is looking for Ripley, to recruit in a small terrorist operation against a new program involving Xenomorphs and cybernetics. The lead scientist is actually a Terminator, I think a T-850, that has been active for centuries, it holds all the programming to create a new SkyNet and it's mission is to find a way to restore SkyNet. The Terminator discovers this in the form of mixing the technology of Terminators with bio-technology derived from Xenomorphs. The Predators somehow have caught wind of this, and as Ripley and Call are going in to destroy the project's research, a Predator shows up to destroy the Terminator. However, it is too late and the first of these "TermAliens", as you guys have called them, is active. Carnage ensues and it's a really fun read. The story fits perfectly with the continuity of all the franchise save for Terminator. The AvPvT series came out before T3 was filmed and that movie kind of cancels it out.

Oh, and about crazy crossovers, in one of the post-series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine books, a Jem'Hadar is fighting a pack of Aliens in the holodeck. It's really cool.
